About the Role
A digital marketing agency is looking for a Bookkeeper who can come on board and be the point person for when a client on-boards initially or has a question about a bill. You will need to be able to go into Quickbooks online and ensure all cards have charged if not reach out to the client to get the issue resolved.
You will work directly with the President of the company and be his assistant for general scheduling or coordinating with members of the team to setup calls with clients.
